Objetivo:

This standard provides principles and practices that address the definition, attainment, verification and validation of the quality of: 2.1. Initial conceptual, systems and detail design of the energy source, such as an energy facility, including its hardware items, equipment and specialty tools and any modifications thereof; 2.2. Fabrication and assembly of the hardware items to be installed in the energy source and of equipment and specialty tools to be used at the energy source; 2.3. Installation of hardware items in the energy source; 2.4. Construction of the energy source, including backfill, concrete, and piles and caissons, and erection of the structure; 2.5. Operations of the energy source; 2.6. Maintenance of the energy source hardware items, equipment and specialty tools; 2.7. Safety and health of workers at the energy source and of the public; 2.8. Security of the energy source; 2.9. Environmental protection; 2.10. Emergency preparedness and response.
